Right of Withdrawal

Marginly is offered exclusively to business customers, as set out in § 1 of our Terms of Service: entrepreneurs within the meaning of § 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB) — sole traders, businesses, legal entities under public law, and special funds under public law. We do not conclude contracts with consumers (§ 13 BGB).

The statutory right of withdrawal for distance contracts under §§ 312g, 355 BGB applies exclusively to consumers. Because the customer warrants on ordering that it is acting in the exercise of its commercial or independent professional activity, no statutory right of withdrawal exists.
